Delete my account

You can delete your account directly from the Soa app. Here is how.

Steps to delete your account

• Open the Soa app on your device
• Go to your Profile
• Tap Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm deletion when prompted

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile and personal information
• Your session history and progress
• Your subscription (cancellation is automatic)

This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Need help?

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, contact us at support@joinsoa.app and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
